1. Services
We are Dynamic Creation Limited (referred to as "we", "the Company" or "Dynamic") and we own and operate the website ("Dynamic Creation Limited"). Our website provides convenient shopping services over the Internet, including through the use of applications or software.
By using the website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms and conditions carefully.
The meaning of certain terms used in the Terms and Conditions:
a. "We" is a reference to (name of person or company providing services).
b. "You" is a reference to the person to whom we provide services or deliver goods and to whom payment is required for goods we deliver.
c. "Content" means all text, images, logos, icons, photographs, images, combinations of moving visual figurative images or sounds and images, sound effects, Computer programs and other materials.
d. "Goods" means the goods or services that you have ordered and will pay for through our website.
e. "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all patents, trademarks, domain name rights, design rights, copyrights and database rights (whether or not registered and an application for registration of or the right to apply for registration in respect of any of the foregoing), Confidential Information rights and all other intellectual property rights of a similar or consequential nature that may exist now or in the future anywhere in the world.
f. "Services" has the meaning given to it in clause 1.1.
g. "Suppliers" means the sellers and suppliers of goods you order through our website.
h. "Site" means the website of Dynamic Creation Limited (www.int.Dynamic.shop) and any related websites linked to it.
i. "User Content" has the meaning given to it in Clause 1 of the Tenth User Generated Content.
2. Registration
You must register with us when using the Services or making an order. By registering, you represent (and we are entitled to rely on) that you are 18 years of age or older and have the capacity to form a legally binding contract.
You represent to us and all suppliers who supply goods through our website that all orders you make through our website will be made witDynamic your contractual authority.
In view of your use of our services, you agree to:
a. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you when completing the registration form; and
b. Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure that the information is true, accurate, up-to-date and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registration if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date or incomplete.
3. Order
Unless otherwise stated, we are not the seller or supplier of the goods. We are responsible for administering the website, arranging the order processing and fulfilling the delivery of goods you order from suppliers through our website.
When you place an order, you are purchasing the goods from the supplier at the price specified for the goods. Once submitted by you, you cannot cancel the order, even if we have not accepted or rejected your order.
We will confirm by email that we have received your order and payment. This confirmation email will provide:
a. Your order details, such as order number, order date, item name, quantity, price, discount, shipping fee, item tracking number, etc.
b. Your personal contact information, such as the consignee's name, email, address, contact number, etc.
This communication will represent our acceptance of your order and confirmation of payment on behalf of the supplier. You can track the status of your order, such as waybill number, dispatch and delivery date, etc. on the courier company website or hotline.
Your order accepted by us will be confirmed in the email, if the email does not mention all the items ordered. If this is the case, we will email you again to confirm the rest of the order and your order for that part of the order will be accepted.
The stock availability of goods is regularly updated by the supplier. If the product is temporarily unavailable, you can notify the company by email to pre-order, and you will be notified of the pre-order details later.
We reserve the right to not accept or cancel an order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
a. There is insufficient stock of the goods you ordered;
b. Failure to arrange delivery for your region; or
c. The price indicated for one or more of the items you ordered has been incorrect due to human or computer error or incorrect pricing information provided by the supplier.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will credit to your account as soon as possible, but in any event, witDynamic thirty (30) days of your order, the amount that we have charged to you for the cancelled order. You accept that we are not liable for any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
4. Price and Payment
We will use all reasonable commercial efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our website. However, since the prices of various types of sales items are subject to change by suppliers, the prices of items may also change before we accept your order.
If the price of the goods at the time we intend to accept your order is higher than the price at the time you made the order, we will
a. Cancel your order, or
b. Contact you to inquire about your intention to pay a higher price or to cancel your order.
If we cancel an order and you have made any payment, we will refund you. You agree and accept that we shall not be liable for any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
We only accept ATM transfers and PayPal payments. When you place an order, you authorize us to pay for the amount of the goods at the time of our acceptance of your order by the method of payment you specify. Title to the merchandise will not pass to you until payment is received.
We use a third-party payment service (PayPal) for online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that, subject to its terms and conditions, your credit card details will be collected, processed and retained by the payment service provider. You agree and accept that you are solely and solely responsible for any losses incurred or incurred by you in the conduct of credit card transactions and in no event shall we be liable for any such losses in whole or in part.
We do not collect or retain your credit card information. If you choose to store your credit card information for express checkout, you agree and accept that the information will be encrypted and retained by the third-party payment service provider (PayPal).
5. Delivery
Except on public holidays and when Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, we only deliver goods to selected areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address you provide by courier, shipping company or third-party supplier. When you confirm receipt of the merchandise, you agree to present photo identification upon request. Goods are deemed to be delivered to and received by you when they are delivered to the delivery address you have provided. If you are unable to receive the merchandise for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to elect to charge you additional fees or to cancel your order.
Unless otherwise specified, we will use all reasonable commercial efforts to deliver your order after accepting it. Depending on the prior online arrangement, you may choose any optional delivery time period when ordering.
We may deliver in one or more batches, and some items may be delivered directly by couriers, shipping companies or third-party suppliers. Any time and date for delivery of goods is subject to Dynamic Creation Limited and the time required for delivery is only an estimate. If we fail to meet any stated dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you of the progress of your order. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellations or refunds to you.
When the ordered product has been delivered to you, you should check the product in time. Once the item has been delivered, it will not be returned under any circumstances. All product information is for reference only and is subject to the actual product. You should use your best judgment in accordance with the appropriate circumstances and hold the products at your own risk and we will not be responsible for their loss or damage.
Unless otherwise specified, a delivery fee of $35 will be charged per delivery. We currently offer free shipping on orders over HK$400.
6. Return or exchange
Please read the supplier's return or exchange terms carefully before ordering. Unless otherwise specified, all products once ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
In accordance with the supplier's return or exchange terms, if the item you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (not caused by you), or the item was not ordered by you, or the incorrect quantity is delivered, it can be ordered witDynamic seven (7) Return or exchange witDynamic days, provided that:
Return or exchange terms apply;
a. The Goods are unused and, in the condition, as originally sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the Goods, including purchase orders, instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes;
b. The packaging of the merchandise must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you; and
c. Requests for return or replacement must be sent to our customer service representative by e-mail, and the goods shall be returned to the company witDynamic the period specified by the supplier, and then returned to the supplier by us.
You agree and accept that no cash refund will be provided for returned merchandise. You can choose to replace the same product, or purchase other products of the same price. If the total amount of goods you purchased is less than the refund amount, the company will not refund the difference and treat the goods as the same price. If the total amount of purchased items is higher than the refund amount, you will need to make up the difference.
You agree and accept that acceptance of merchandise replacement is subject to stock availability.
You agree and accept that acceptance of returned or exchanged merchandise is at the sole discretion of the supplier. Under no circumstances will we accept direct returns to us, or be liable for damages incurred by you for any reason.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We do not represent or warrant that access to our website (including the use of mobile applications or software) or any part thereof will be uninterrupted, reliable or free from failure.
We do not represent or warrant to you that our website or any of its content will be accurate, complete or reliable.
We do not represent or warrant that:
a. any service (whether or not provided by us) will be provided with due care and skill; or
b. Any merchandise (whether supplied by us or not) will be of merchantable quality or will be fit for any purpose (notwithstanding prior notice to us of that purpose).
You agree that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Although we are committed to protecting this information, we do not guarantee and cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us. You transmit any information to us at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you (whether in contract, tort or otherwise and whether or not due to our negligence) for the following reasons:
a. any technical, factual, textual or typographical inaccuracies, errors or omissions in relation to our website (including the use of applications or software) or any information therein;
b. Failure to provide our website (or any part thereof), goods or services;
c. any delay in providing, or failure to provide or make available goods or services, or any negligent provision of goods or services;
d. any merchandise is not of merchantable quality or fit for its intended use; or
e. Any misrepresentation about our website, goods or services.
Except as required by law:
a. we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense, including loss of profits, business or goodwill arising out of any problem that you notify us of, and
b. We will not be liable for any payment to you by way of indemnity unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and laws, including obtaining all customs, import or other permits required to purchase goods from our website. We make no representations or accept any responsibility for the export or import of goods purchased by you.
You agree that these limitations are reasonable given the nature of our website, especially since each time you purchase goods through our website, you will enter into separate contracts with suppliers each time.
The above exclusions do not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded. However, in such event our liability (to the extent permitted by law) will be limited to the resupply of services or goods to you.
Each of the above exclusions or limitations shall be construed as separate and severable provisions of these terms and conditions.
8. Guarantee
You represent, warrant and undertake that you will not:
a. use our website for any fraudulent or illegal purpose;
b. use our website to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or violate the rights of others (including, without limitation, the rights of privacy or publicity of others);
c. Dynamicder or interfere with the operation of our website or the servers or networks used by our website; or violate any rules, procedures, policies or regulations relating to the network;
d. transmit or distribute to our website any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other computer code that is harmful or intrusive or that may or is intended to impair the operation of, or monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment;

f. revise, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of our website (including making applications or software);
g. construct or reproduce any part of the website without our prior written consent;

The intellectual property rights to all content are owned, controlled or licensed by us. Except for the rights granted to you in clause 9.2, these terms and conditions do not confer on you any right or interest in the Content and we reserve all other rights.
Subject to these terms and conditions, you may use the Content for your own personal use.
Unless you have our express written consent or you are expressly authorized by law, you must not:
a. Use the Content for any commercial or other non-personal use;
b. Copy or transmit the Content to any other device or to any other person; or
c. Reproduce, distribute, communicate to the public, revise, reformat, create derivative works from, or display the Content.
You acknowledge and agree that if you breach any of the terms of these Terms, we may, in our sole discretion, cease to supply you with any Content.
